It’s time to get moving. You should soon have your song for March 26th chosen, it  is due by this Saturday March 13th. You can email your song it to me or drop it off at the Ballard School of Performing Arts. Remember, your first two categories for March 26th and April 2nd are performer’s choice.  Have fun with your research , but be careful…songs must be age appropriate!
SFAS Advisory board reserves the right to censor song choices.

 

 

Hint: After you find a possible song choice, you can preview the song by going to YouTube to listen to the song sung by the original artist.  You might also want to go to ITunes and sign up.  Once you sign up type in Karaoke in the search bar …There are several karaoke companies listed…(I like Sound Choice myself)   Locate your choice. You can listen to a snipet of your choice.  Down load both the song with vocals to learn the song and the karaoke track  for your practice.

Once downloaded copy the song and attach it to an email message. Send it to staradvisoryboard@verizon.net.  I will confrm that I received your song.  If you do not get a return confirmation, that means that I have not gotten the song.  Label the song and give name of artist in your email message.  If you don’t know how to send the song, make a CD and get it to me…Note: one song on each CD please…Good Luck!
