Registration has been extended just one more week due to the winter storms of last week.  Please make sure your payment and registration forms reach our office no later than next  Thursday, February 25, 2010.

 

 

We have several convenient ways for your application and payment to reach our office in time.  You can even register AND pay on-line with a credit card via our paypal.com account, even if YOU don’t have a paypal account yourself.

You may also bring your application and payment to the Ballard School of Performing Arts at 130 North Ballard Avenue or pick up an application to fill out there.  Your registration fee can be paid at the front desk. 

If you prefer to  fax your form to our fax number, it is: 972-461-0597.  and use paypal to pay your application fee!  It’s as easy as that! 

This year’s Stage Course and Competition should be the most exciting yet; a tremendous opportunity awaits you!
